Each project and client require different services. We provide a wide range of services to choose from for a customized project. Call for a free consultation and price quote appointment. We'll meet you at the site and get everything started on your Hogsett Rent Ready property. Remember, "They make it dirty. We make it purdy!"

Garbage Removal- We will pick up all of the garbage and debris from your property. However, the client is responsible for how it is removed from the property. The charge depends on how far the landfil or dump site is located from the property, if a hauler is needed, and how many truck loads are expected.
Surface Cleaning- Kitchens, bathrooms, basemets, garages, floors, sinks, windows, showers/tubs - We take care of it all! We'll wipe dwn all the walls, counters, windows, and other surfaces.
Painting- A fresh coat of paint in your choice of colorand brand. Shawn is a highly skilled painter and his trim work is his pride and joy! Shawn takes his time to get it right the first time. The client may choose to buy the paint separate from the HRR invoice or choose to have HRR make the purchase. HRR recommends that the client purchases their own paint to ensure the correct color is presented.
Landscaping- Yard cleaning and upkeep as long as you need it. We'll keep the yard trim and tidy for you! We also do gardens, planting, mulching, and gravel. Got some pesky bushes blocking your entryway? We'll take care of those, too! Whatever you need!
Flooring- We'll clean, install, and/or remove carpets, tile, wood, and laminates. We are not qualified to install structural flooring such as a subfloor or support beams. A construction license is required by law.
Pressure Wash - We will clean your exterior walls, outdoor floors, and sidewalks with a high power spray. Only available during the warm seasons.
